1. Digital Products

All products sold in this shop are digital products, such as VRChat avatars, avatar assets, textures or related digital files.

No physical item will be shipped. After purchase, the product is usually made available immediately through a download link or digital access.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

3. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Because the products in this shop are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

By purchasing a digital product and receiving immediate access to the download or digital files, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period.

You also acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital product has been provided and the download or digital delivery has started.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been made available, accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, for example:

• if you purchased the same product twice by accident
• if there is a serious technical issue with the product that cannot be fixed
• if required by applicable law

Refunds are not granted for reasons such as:

• changing your mind after purchase
• not reading the product description, requirements or Terms of Use
• not having the required Unity, VRChat, VRCFury, Poiyomi or other necessary setup
• issues caused by personal edits, missing packages or incorrect installation
• incompatibility caused by third-party modifications
• violation of the Terms of Use

5. Product Requirements

Before purchasing, please make sure to read the product description, requirements, Terms of Use and any setup notes carefully.

Some products may require specific Unity versions, VRChat SDK, Poiyomi, VRCFury, Face Tracking tools, optimization tools or other third-party packages.
