Yumi’s Palace - Terms of Service / Terms of Use

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Yumi’s Palace, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 💕

1. Scope & Agreement

• These Terms apply to all digital products (paid & free), including updates and bonus content.
• A legally binding agreement is formed upon purchase or download.
• Digital products are non-returnable.

2. License & Usage Rights

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.
• Usage is limited to VRChat only.

Allowed:

• Personal use (private worlds, photos, videos, streaming)
• Editing & customization for personal use (model must remain recognizable)
• Public showcasing with clear credit: “Yumi’s Palace”

Not allowed:

• Reselling, redistributing, trading, sharing, or gifting files
• Sharing Unity packages or upload files
• Public uploads (including cloning/public avatars)
• Claiming any part as your own work
• Commercial use (commissions, paid content, etc.) without permission

Any extended usage requires written permission.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

Any use of Yumi’s Palace products, assets, textures, designs, models, or any part of them in connection with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using products or any part of them to generate AI images, videos, audio, 3D models, textures, or other AI-generated content
• Uploading products, screenshots, renders, textures, meshes, designs, or related material to AI tools or AI-powered services
• Using products for AI training, machine learning datasets, model training, fine-tuning, or data collection
• Using AI tools to recreate, imitate, replicate, modify, or create derivative versions of Yumi’s Palace products or designs
• Using products as references, inputs, prompts, image references, style references, or training material for generative AI systems

No part of any Yumi’s Palace product may be used for AI-related purposes, whether for personal, commercial, educational, experimental, or non-profit use.

Purchasing, downloading, or otherwise obtaining access to a product does not grant permission for any form of AI usage.

4. User Identification Requirement

• You must provide your Discord username and VRChat username when required.
• This is used for license verification, support, and anti-leak protection.
• Providing false or missing information may result in revoked access.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

• All sales are final.
• No refunds after delivery of digital content.
• Chargebacks will result in immediate license termination and blacklist.

6. Redistribution & Enforcement

• Any form of leaking or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
• This includes sharing with friends, uploaders, or third parties.

Violations may result in:

• Permanent ban
• License termination
• DMCA takedown requests
• Legal action

7. Third-Party Assets & Credits

• All third-party assets belong to their respective creators.
• Their licenses must be respected.
• Credits must remain intact.

8. Liability

• Products are provided “as is”.
• No guarantee for compatibility with future VRChat or Unity updates.
• No liability for damages caused by improper use or modification.

9. Changes to Terms

• Yumi’s Palace reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• The version at the time of purchase/download applies.
